There is no "FX 8000 series" CPUs starting with 8 just meant 8 cores It's actually the 300 ans 500 series that stand out (mostly the 300 series though) because I'd take an FX-6300 over an FX-8150 any day It's the second number that matters most because the Bulldozer series (the bad one) was the 100 series and the Piledriver series (the good one) was the 300 series Comment from : Avro Arrow
