When I see people do a clean muscle up, it looks to me like they’re doing a pullover, but with their own body weight I not currently training to do a muscle up yet, but I think doing pullovers may help get that fluid motion Comment from : Ezekiel Anderson |

What I get is that between the explosive pull-up and dip, there's a pull-over connecting them, the pullover is immediately followed by dip so you need a strong tricep strength to be able to do it Comment from : Black+Purple |
