hey, so since this video isn't public, maybe this comment will have a better chance of being seen by the creators i wanna thank psych2go for creating such a positive community I've never felt scared to express myself here that's due to the people that run this amazing channel and the people with good taste that subscribe also, I don't really see anyone saying much about psych2go's interaction with their community they have nearly five million subs, (as deserved), a whopping five million people! and yet, whenever I read the comments of a video of theirs, most of the comments are liked and/or responded to to me, that shows real care anyone can say, "I care about my fans!" but they put in the effort in short, I'm just really glad you're here you teach me about the things I want to learn and school won't bother to talk about happy new year to all of you wonderful comrades!

I do all of these things but am still depressed Sometimes depression that is clinical can only be "cured" by clinical means I guess Depression can be situational or temporary, so this is more of a "if you aren't doing it yet" video

My state I worse and I push my self into not failed again this year I work I school but at the end of the day burnouts knock in, I'm not good at everything I'm jus a failure, rn I wanna give up so I'm here to be feel a lil bit motivated I Cried going home thinking to end this to solve a problem

As in India people don't seem to care about mental health issues and often ignore the visible symptoms all parents want here is to get good grades and 10th ans 12th std are very crucial years of a student's life so the community only expects them to study all the time and make self care very difficult as they think it is a waste of time the mindset of the people here is trash and toxic and it seems like they don't care about the increase in number of students suicide rate and refuse to change their mind set or send their visibly depressed kid to a therapist as their are less no Of therapist because the community thinks it's not a real job and so going to therapy is very rare and this channel makes psychology and tips for mental health improvement available to everyone in a simple language love u♥️

Ye even a shower when your depressed is a big accomplishment an a step forward even if it’s making your bed well anything to start that routine!! An a tidy room, doin something little turns out to be helping you in the long run as you do more each time

I can easily do two things on this listExpress gratitude (even though I feel like crap and Im burdened with responsibility) and stay away from Social MediabrThat time consuming crap triggers anxiety and makes me feel worsebrbrLets take today for examplemy goal is to clean my driveway, my car, just a few outside tasksbrIm already feeling defeated by being online for 15 minutes, Im recognizing the anxiety signs which is why Im getting offline NOW, getting dressed, and Im headed outside to be productivebrThere's still hope to salvage the day

Guys anyone whos going through mental health problems please know youre not alone and me too Use these natural remedies amd watch helpful videos like this❤❤ Dont go to therapy and waste time if youre not getting better, dont ever go to a psychiatrist they will kill you slowly with antidepressants saying from my experience

A book that cured my depression was this: "Everything Will Be fine, I Promise" by Faouzi Zouhair It's about life, depression, friendship, love, family and everything that every person goes through 💙💙💙💙 brbrIt reminds us how being vulnerable and how people can make us feel good The reading is smooth and each chapter is one less node I really recommend it because it changed my perception of seeing and experiencing the world I wish anyone who is going through a difficult time to heal Have faith this comment is for you 💚💚💚
