John, you do not know what the motivation of all doctors is I do not know even one other MD who would do anything but cheer if we beat this disease, without medications Frankly medical businesses do not depend on Parkinson’s or any other particular disease And I agree with you that exercise helps Parkinson’s I’m glad Comment from : @mchevalier-seawell4438 |

You have confirmed something that has puzzled me I felt I could control my Parkinson's with my mind and yet it's not quite that After listening to you, I realise that I adapt how I use my body so that it conforms to the state of my mind Can't think of any other way of putting it brWhen I was diagnosed, they gave me the highest dose of Tramadol they could without overdosing and a high amount of Gabapentin They didn't explain (other than the neurologist telling me he only had 10 minutes to see me) I didnt even know they were pain killers, I thiught they were Parkinson's drugs! When my breathing appeared about to stop one day I took myself off both drugs It took 10 months It seemed to me they just wanted to smother me with drugs I also have osteoarthritis so I do need pain meds I felt so overwhelmed I almost gave up However , thank you so much for your kindness in letting us know of your own experiences My one joy in life is taking the dog for a walk So, there we are walking I didn't think of it in the way you have explained but now I know more Thank you so much Comment from : @suetheotherbruce759 |

It'd be interesting to see what a DatScan would show for Mr Pepper Comment from : @ChrisRubeo |

Wonderful and very motivating presentation He correct when he states the medical community is not interested in hearing what John Pepper has to say let alone believing his story The drug companies and the medical community would be out of business if his story is believed and actually worked Comment from : @alanjoseph315 |

John, I am so sorry to hear about your cancer and heart problems and wish you a full recovery As a young analyst with Parkinson’s, yours was one of the first books I brought brbrThings have moved on in terms of the research around exercise High intensity exercise is indeed good for us, but recent research suggests it doesn’t matter what I can’t walk fast enough to get my heart rate up, so I run, cycle and box insteadbrI do still walk across the fields often and think there is something about the act of walking that is really helpfulbrThere is nothing that reverses Parkinson’s disease The only thing that is currently known to slow the progression is exercise Through careful exercise you can get lost movements back - ballet and boxing are especially goodbrYour insight on using the conscious brain to control movement has inspired many people I use techniques from NLP to retrain my neural pathways and mental rehearsal to help Comment from : @TheLittleEconomist |

Hi John Pepper, THANK YOU for sharing this information My mom has Parkinson's and her government-subsidized doctor got upset when I tried to introduce natural remedies like virgin coconut oil And I could never understand why I am so grateful for your experience You are absolutely correct -big Pharma has never come up with any cure for any disease in the last 70 years (since the wars from 1945), cause it would be contrary to their billions in profits I reversed my own MS from my own research into alternative therapies so I get what you are confronting We have to think independently and have faith in themselves Appreciate you John 🙏🙏🙏 Comment from : @WSJChan |

I am a musician (drummer) and I was diagnosed at the age of 60 even though I had symptoms a few years prior When I retired from my careers in emergency medicine and law enforcement, I went back to playing as I did professionally in the 70's and 80's I quickly foiund that PD took away my ability to play I did medical research and found that playing a drum kit lights neurons in the brain, creates new neural-pathways, adds dopamine and started to give me movement again I have decreased my PD meds in half and now play professionally again I still suffer from the symptoms of PD but I believe my research shows that playing slows the progression of the disease I have a mini documentary of my journey on YouTube by searching "David Putterman" Comment from : @davidputterman2719 |
