I LOVE Philodendron Black Cardinal but unfortunately I can't figure out how to keep them alive eventhough generally I'm very good with other Philodendrons it's roots keep dying with even a bit of over or underwatering and the new leaves refuse to unfurl right now I propogated it's leftovers and if it doesn't survive I won't buy this plant again BTW I think they get more black, burgundy in a certain amount of light in my experience they look washed out or more green in direct light but in lots of bright but completely indirect light they get all black and burgundy

Black cardinal has always been one of my fave but have a hard time taking care of them, one seems to butnt easily even if i put it out from sunlight
