Hey @joshcravey9728, I have the same laptop as you, the Asus ROG Zephyrus G15 with a Ryzen 9 5900HS and an RTX 3070 I noticed that you obtained a undervolt curve at 37:04, and I was wondering if that curve would also be the best for gaming performance and FPS Every time I try using similar undervolt settings and run a 3D benchmark, it crashes or isn't able to run Do you have any advice on what I could do? I had the latest asus rog M16 and there was a peoblem with the touchpad and they said it was just a driver issue so i ignored it, by the time i went home and updated my drivers the problem is still there Luckily they replace it and its all good my advice is to check if the touchpad is working properly

You're a lifesaver man Couldn't get starfield to work on my brand new asus rog strix g15 advantage edition despite it previously working on an older computer a couple days ago Would continue to crash after loading a save Calles with ASUS, factory reset my computer to make sure I had all the right drivers installed Turns out, I DIDN'T Asus must have been outdated Did the AMD radeon installation like you said and they have more up to date drivers I installed the drivers from there, tried running my game, and first try it works again with incredible performance Thank you so much

I will never understand why laptop makers think its even a remotely good idea to be venting all that heat against the laptop bezel Lenovo does it too with some of the ThinkPads My E14 Gen3 did it While I'm not sure if it was caused, guess what failed first on my ThinkPad? Bro I just bought my laptop and right of the bat it hit 96 degrees like what?… i let it run for 5 mins and I turned it off because I didn’t want anything to melt 😅 At this point, I don’t know if I should return it I let it run for only about five minutes straight out of the box I turn it back on run Apex legends and disabled silent mode I don’t know why it was on silent mode to begin with, and it never changed on its own when I ran the game I believe this was the issue because after this, my CPU hit 74 at most

Turned of boost mode with the registry edit and power plan change, so much better now, dropped almost 30°, gad damn, I know these laptops can take the heat but I can't , I feel very uneasy watching something hang on the threads of 95° constantly, fresh out the box for that matter

My 3070ti g15 usually runs maximum on 1680MHz with 881mV I managed to get 2 presets which have 1635MHz with 768mV and 1650MHz with 775mV brbrWith 793mV it is also possible to get 1675 but i don't feel any difference at all Might as well do the opposite and try to increase my up to 1750-1800MHz on 881-900mV Who knows, maybe i won't brick my laptop

Hi Josh! I just got my new G15 but I am running into some problems It came without the OS, so I guess all the Asus preinstalled thingies that are normally on the laptop aren't there Therefore, I don't have many of the settings I am seeing in your video For example in the armory crate section, I don't have the options to change the gpu base clock neither the gpu power slides Next, I don't have the igpu button My display is also with 4k resolution and 120hz, have you heard of a model like this?

dude i did allll what u said except for undervolting and althogh my gpu wattage is 120 to 130w but the usage is stillll at 40 to 50 and when i llower the game setting or res instead of getting higher fps I just get lower gpu and cpu usage (v synce and fps llimit is off )
