Hi Andrew, I had the final interview with the hiring manager last week, Friday It was supposed to be an hour-long interview but we extended another hour I emailed her my thanks and immediately, she replied that she is "strongly considering" my application and that although the HR recruiter was off-duty that day, HR will get in touch soon brbrIt has been a week, and I heared nothing from the HR personnel nor from the hiring manager I am so worried right now about the outcome because I remembered that I have put quite a high salary expectation on the ATS (required field) The salary was high for the range that I know of, but median for the Glassdoor salary range To add, I clicked the "negotiable" check box Do you think I should I contact them that I am changing my salary expectation?
