mining is an insanely profitable activity, but farming is much easier and does not require equipment, I use Algebra DEX for this, so a very high APR

Hold the line??? Best sound insulation for walls is Cold Store Panels, the ones they store pallets of frozen food, there is always huge fan noise inside but nothing outside, airtight, you might even find used/scrap panels
