Just shows that all employees are slaves The world has changed so much There is nothing technical about a resignation and notice period There is no law which prevents any employee from leaving before completion of notice period The employer can do nothing, eventually they will have to do the F&F and a recovery notice will be served which one has to pay Please remember HR gets annually audited and not doing F&F of exited employees is a technical violation for all companies
