I have setup a hydroponic Dutch bucket with tomatoes and have used the same solution you provided My tomatoes grew, flowered and seemed to have burned Needless to say I did not get the same fruit set you are showing This was my first year in gardening with a passion I did set another crop growing and I cut the solution by more than half This second crop came up looking good but the weather got too hot for them to set fruit so I was unable to tell what the results would have been with cooler weather brI am still puzzled as to why the solution you gave did not work Any comments would be appreciated

Put a pair of panty hose at end return water to reservoir it help filter water from perlite or other stuff getting in water and clogging water lines And cheaper to use panty hose in buckets instead of paint net at cost $100 each

A little late but good thinking with the air pump on warm days: it accelerated evaporation, and evaporation lowers temperatures So It would cool the water down, in addition of adding oxygen in the water

I want to ask ,if I have only 1000watts hid grow light s ,how far do I keep them from seeds ,only reason I ask because the light is so strong, I would get something weaker but I have 2 of those 1000watts light and I spend so much money, everything is fine ,but I never grew seedlings with a 1000watts light ,can y give me your appointment about what to do
