Hello I P7P55D, and ati 6950 2gb There are 2 slots: 1 (20_1 PCIe x16 slot (blue, at x16 link) 2 (20 PCIe x16_2 slot (black, at x4 link) I have connected the ati 6950 in 2 (20 PCIe x16_2 slot (black, at x4 link) If I put you in the first slot I'll have better performance? @arvutihull I have to back you up on this one I have a 4870 X2, the equivalent card to this but from the previous generation and it is still a monster even running metro and crysis The micro stutter that I have heard about has only ever manifested itself in 3DMARK Vantage on the piece of cloth that the boat slides out from under I would have loved a 5970 and feel dual GPU cards are always the top of the tree and can still play anything 3 years later at 1920x1200 Roll on 6990!
