Hi ma'am, I got opportunity for going to higher education and I will not be able to complete 3 months notice period My manager was very supportive and he is willing to release me before notice period if HR was ok with it I tried reasoning with the HR and even asked for buyout He is saying that many employees are coming with the same reason and I need to serve full notice period and to plan my academics likewise I don't know what to do next Please help
