I got the 2 bucket problem at my previous interview before this one I immediately recognized it from Die Hard with a Vengeance, and said as much The interviewer hadn't seen it, but it was a funny moment I was able to answer it, but I don't know if I got dinged for having knowledge of the question vs figuring it out it out

The answer to question 18 is 3, not 2 A pair would be the same color and while you COULD get a pair of socks picking 2 individual socks, you would need to pick 3 socks to be SURE you got a pair as the question states
