You have no idea what you are talking about Textures being a higher resolution means they won't look pixelated when you get close to them It comes in use at any resolution, and has nothing to do with playing at 4k or not If you have a rock in the game and look at it from a distance, the update won't have an effect wether you'd play in 4k or 1080p If you get close to it however, with your gun right up to it, the difference will be huge on both 4k as well as 1080p So, please don't recommend people not to install it Comment from : Joris Keijser
