what if i count my calories, and eat at least 3000 to 4000 calories a day, both unhealthy and healthy foods, build muscle weight slowly BUT DONT GET ANY FAT ill even throw some 10,000 calorie days in every once and awhile and nothing happens

As a former super skinny guy, now less skinny guy, my recommendation is to track weight daily and set weekly weight goals If you aren’t gaining at a roughly linear pace, you’ve gotta increase the calories(which you should be counting of course) Weekly meal prep involving lots of olive oil works great as well as mass gaining formulas Try seeing what it’s like to gain a pound per week consistently while training hard and hitting 8g/lb body weight in protein daily to maximize the muscle/fat ratio Accept that there some fat gain that can be easily dealt with later but hold off on that part as long as possible

just from quitting vaping/drugs/and alc back in january i weighed 127 i started eating a lot everyday and four months later i weighed 157, i plateu’d for about a month started working out and i’ve put on 10 pounds in about a month since 6 months into my journey i’ve gained 40 pounds give or take and it feels awesome i know this weight gain is quick but i used to weigh around 160 years ago but due to bad habits i lost it all down to that 127
