As a former super skinny guy, now less skinny guy, my recommendation is to track weight daily and set weekly weight goals If you aren’t gaining at a roughly linear pace, you’ve gotta increase the calories(which you should be counting of course) Weekly meal prep involving lots of olive oil works great as well as mass gaining formulas Try seeing what it’s like to gain a pound per week consistently while training hard and hitting 8g/lb body weight in protein daily to maximize the muscle/fat ratio Accept that there some fat gain that can be easily dealt with later but hold off on that part as long as possible Comment from : KaiSunRa |
