for over 25 years I couldn't do a pull up everytime I made a goal it was just too overwhelming I mean, 10 pull ups seemed like climbing the everest when I can barely do 1 negative pull upbrbrduring the past 4 months, I forgot all the stupid goals and decided to just go to the park, hang in the bars and if I can, do 1 pull up or more, no failure, just doing it fast forward today, I'm doing 10 in a row and it's been one of the very few possitive things that gave me some motivationbrbrbut that's not what matters the most to me the actual value I gained was the habit it was difficult to make rhe effort to do it before now it's the opposite and I have to prevent myself from overtraining and take 1 or 2 days off a week brbrand everytime I come back, I break a new personal record after rest Comment from : Diego Caballero |
