Love how 15-20 consecutive pullups is considered a "beginner goal" 🤣💀brbrMost of the general population struggles to hit 5 or less and the bare minimum to qualify for Navy Seals training is 10 So when you're doing 15-20 strict pullups at a decent bodyweight, you're definitely more advanced than a beginner 💯

All good on that exept the pull ups I can max out 12 but can go all the way to 15 but with deminishing technique and tempo Ive been implimenting pull ups everyday, yes even on push and pull day i still count my pull up work as one of them I go for 120 reps but stretched out throughout the day Hopefuly ill see great improvement

for over 25 years I couldn't do a pull up everytime I made a goal it was just too overwhelming I mean, 10 pull ups seemed like climbing the everest when I can barely do 1 negative pull upbrbrduring the past 4 months, I forgot all the stupid goals and decided to just go to the park, hang in the bars and if I can, do 1 pull up or more, no failure, just doing it fast forward today, I'm doing 10 in a row and it's been one of the very few possitive things that gave me some motivationbrbrbut that's not what matters the most to me the actual value I gained was the habit it was difficult to make rhe effort to do it before now it's the opposite and I have to prevent myself from overtraining and take 1 or 2 days off a week brbrand everytime I come back, I break a new personal record after rest
