I always had a bit of tinnitus from my tmj and about a week ago i really hurt my neck causing my tinnitus to act up I’ve been doing hot compress on my neck and when I do it I notice the tinnitus calms down and when you mentioned that muscle it all makes sense I obviously strained my hat muscle and that’s probably why it’s been acting up

Have tinnitus for @ 50 years (I'm 80) I've always been able to "listen around the buzzing" and it hasn't been too intrusive until the last six months or so The past week is worse than ever before, and I've been increasingly discouraged to the point of being hopeless with the "nothing new" I get from my doctors I tried these exercises one time while watching you do them I don't know if I'm just imagining it, but the buzzing seems to have gone from a "roar" to little more than a "whimper"! Am anxious to follow-up tomorrow with three sessions during the day I am beyond excited, because I was anticipating completely losing my ability to hear very soon as the tinnitus volume has been increasing so rapidly Right now, the buzzing is very faint, and in the "background" I can actually hear "silence" beyond it again, as I used to years ago! Even if I get no further improvement with further exercises, my quality of life just took a gigantic leap for the better! I am beyond dumbfounded and appreciativebecause I am a "doubting Thomas"unless and until the promises are delivered Thank you, Dr Mandell, from the bottom of my heart! Will let you know how it goes after a few days
