my i5 4690(nonk) is bottlenecking my 1080 in these areas (Novigrad) My GPU usage drops down to the low 70 for the usage and my CPU is pretty much maxed out Any other area in Witcher 3 and it won't bottleneck and I'll be at 99 usage on my GPU Time for an upgrade to ryzen

Your gpu is throttling You can tell since the core clock is fluctuating Any easy fix is go to evga percision x which your probably using and increase the temp/ power limit to the max and increase your fan speeds I can guaranteed ur fps to increase

my cpu usage always at 50-65 most of the time (i5 6600k oc to 45ghz),brbut my gpu gtx1070, always at 90-95 usage, but the temp are just 55'C (usually full load should at 61"C)bri am on 1080p - ultra setting with everything onbrbrany clue why GPU usage are always at 90-95 ??

lol i got the 6600K@45Ghz with gtx 970SLI and it beats the shit out of this setup in 1440p Nvidia marketing at its finest with GTX1080 and Intel with i7 YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT BOTTLENECK IS!
