I did your method of boiling the eggs but forgot about them and left them for 15 minutes I cracked one and it came out gloppy and uncooked I’m putting them back in water and will re-boil them on high for 7 minutes to make sure they are cooked all the way this time Turning the heat off and covering them doesn’t work at all
