There's a lip opposite the hinge side of that pod that extenze out a little bit to open the top so you don't have to stick your fingernail or whatever in between to open it Just sayin 😉

This was such a good informative video I just got the latest universal keurig reusable filter but think I'm going to return it I watched a video that showed the cons of using this with a one needle coffee maker rather than several needle coffee maker Mine is an old 1 needle which I like I may go this route with the extra little filters

This is my 2nd Keurig coffee maker of this model wwwyoutubecom/post/UgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first worked fine for more than 2 years, and I could still get a decent cup of coffee out of it if I fiddled with it when I decided to replace it The problem I had with my first unit was this: When attempting to brew a cup of coffee, the unit would either keep brewing until the coffee was undrinkable or it would not run long enough and the coffee produced was way too strong I cleaned the unit as best I could but it did not help So in the end it was just too much trouble to get a good cup of coffee out of it, so I decided to replace it with a new one, which has been working great since I unpacked it

Luv the videos I have that reuseable filter and yes, you do need to use a paper filter in it if you do not want the sediment I have another refillable kcup by EZ-Cup and it is stainless steel It works great I use the disposable coffee filter with lids by CoffeeWorks

I would never buy a Keurig I do have one because a friend gave us one, the K-cups are very expensive and I think it is a pain in the ass to keep washing a reusable K-cup I think if you have a small business and you want to supply coffee, cocoa, or tea to employees and customers they are fine Otherwise not so much

99 of the time I just use the cheap reusable filters on Amazon and I don't use paper filters I just straight up drink the sediment at the end or just stop drinking when I hit the sediment I just don't have the time to really care
