When the scene came up with the legs at the chair, i thought Adam has finally got a picture of a ghost or at least half of one Lol Comment from : Cynthia Williams |
Those prosthetic legs look like two right calves and feet to me Maybe she just lost one of her legs You'd need more than one when wearing that type of prosthetic I think But not sure Comment from : Cindy Robison |

18:51 Do you think the prosthetic legs maybe belong to the young child sitting down in the photo The child looks to be dressed as a boy I noticed his legs were not lying normally in the photo Comment from : Tina Steer |
Talking about how they get large furniture in a house We were gifted a large table many years ago and when we decided to build a house we placed it inside the house through a window space and the builder fitted the window after we were finished Maybe they bring the furniture up through the attic? Comment from : Tina Steer |
In the kitchen there is not that much damage by actual fire Some of the wooden fixtures could be restored as they are not fire damaged but smoke damaged Comment from : Tina Steer |
What a fabulous fantastic place Comment from : Cindy Deen |
Most intriguing place and so small Another great explore Comment from : Franky Bryant |
I wonder what life was like in that house during the war? Great house Adam! Full of wonderful finds I was especially interested in the mural of the wagon train The rider's hats were conical shaped, not the American cowboy hat And some of the gentlemen were wearing the neck ruffs you see during the 17th century No one was wearing that on the wagon trains in North America Plus the shape of the covered wagons weren't exactly what they really are So I wonder when it was painted and how the artist came to came paint it There were more paintings on the floor beneath it The woman who wore the prosthetic legs had some challenges to face She seemed to be a very sentimental soul Comment from : Elizabeth Oh |
Hope you had a nice big coffee lol Comment from : Una Lunar |

Hi Adam the prosthetic legs were simply fascinating- they look identical to ones I have seen from WW1 and the wooden feet were made so shoes could go over them I am inclined to believe these belonged to a French Soldier Post WW1 who had had his legs blown off The ‘Menace’ 😊 I am pretty sure is the beautiful young woman in the little Portfolio you showed us Thank you so much it was an amazing explore your efforts are so very much appreciated I think the beautiful ‘Menace’ was the daughter of the Soldier with the prosthetic legs and she became the elderly Lady who lived there Just a thought? Love peace and contentment to all who may bother to read this from Sydney Australia 💗☮️🙏🐨🇦🇺 Comment from : Sandra |
