Using a demo account is a great idea that many ppl don't do for long enough When I started trading options I used a paper account on IBKR for about 3-4 months before putting a dollar into my live accountAnd I had already been trading stocks for over 10 years It was the best thing I could have done Learned 1000 valuable lessons that would have rekt my account - Great video & advice as always

I'm guessing this video is aimed more towards the 'day trader' I started off attempting day trading and used dollar cost averaging to avoid losses This has ultimately turned me into a swing trader, which I have come to realise works better for me I work a day job running my own business, so day trading didn't really work for me as it was taking my focus away from my work Swing trading has taught me a good lesson in patience, but suits my lifestyle far better, and less stressful worrying about losses I work on other trades whilst I DCA a previously losing trade until it comes back online further down the linebrI also don't use leverage, so theres far less risk of blowing up my accountbrbrI still enjoy the content of this channel, I have learnt a great deal Thanks

17yrs ago started trading, could not drag myself into making money for longer periods than 6 weeks March this year, I changed my approach Only using supports and trend lines and rsi and stoch to find saturation What really changed though is having a record of my feelings thoughts and physical condition pre and post trading Finallybroke through magic 6 week period of profits into 3 months period Last month i went back to starting point with my capital, but I do not care, Finally I got into correct mindset, last month I have reduced 30 of drawdownn, and seems that next year I will start make consistent profits Ur feelings are the most important part of trading
