12:38 As a hairstylist, i understand what you mean But you didn't explain it correctly😅, or maybe your hairstylist didn't But i always recommend to get a trim every 4 to 6 months if you want to grow your hair Thats because your hair splits at the ends, and that will only travel up more if you wait a long time to cut it And with a trim i always ask, a trim for growt or a trim to make it full and healty looking I feel that most hairstylist dont really know the difference, but there most definitly is one (sorry for any mistakes in the text, im not a native english speaker❤) Comment from : vienna
