Physical capabilities aren't exactly proving anything You can be 300lbs and still do the splits, that just means you've got a good amount of mobility and strength It does not mean you're actually healthy I was lifting 150kgs during the time I was actively in chemotherapy Your fitness level does not equate with size or health That said "health at every size" is also, very much not a thing So please let's not put healthy and fit in the same exact basket Comment from : @beebutt7244 |
