I was considering getting these for a while and I saw they were on sale today I have two google homes and this video convinced me to get them finally

Odd! When you posted this video (4-30-2017) Cnet had a week or so before hand posted an article commenting on the new Alexa colour commands for Hue lightsbrI think you are right though about having to use a phone to control the lights, its a lot more convenient with a voice assistant like Google Home or Alexa

Nice video Jeremy have you tried the Philips Dimmer Switch? It's remote so you can carry it around the apartment or when you're done with it just slap it back up on the wall (it has a magnet which clicks into place on the switch face plate) With it, you click turn lights on or off, change the dimming, and switch between scenes using multiple clicks of the "on" switch Just wondering if you knew about it

How'd you get yours to work with your home? I've tried so many times, gone to set them up in the home app, and it works with my Google minis, but my big Google home just won't work with them! Such a pain :( please help!

I have both Amazon Echo and Google Home Easy to change colours on Hue Lights by voice control on either device Otherwise good clear video

Seen a bunch of reviews on this and yours stood out Thanks! Bought a 3-pk starter pack (#464511) w hub/bridge and liked it so much that I wanted more bulbs The cheapest way was to get another 3-pk starter Both kits price matched (meet and 10 beat at Home Depot) May give the spare hub to my mom and one bulb, just to get her hooked too Awesome with Google Home and several Minis around the house Solid phone app too

I just set mine up but for some reason I can’t controlle my lights from other google homes in the house so From my living room I can control H light but when I go into the kitchen and ask my Google home to turn in my kitchen light to a different colour it says that I can’t do that

Just cruising videos and came across yours Good presentation and laid back But I just dropped $150 Black Friday/Cyber Monday on Lowescom on GE Smart Switches Basically 8 smart switches to turn on/off my house lights Cost effective when you do not want to purchase $50 RGB Lights I love the $14 Hue "white" lights (A18) So my family is going to be getting pretty damn lazy in the future LOL, I also bought 3 Google Minis for $30 a piece It is a great time right now to purchase Smart Home products and plan for next years Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals Have a good one

Like how you were honest about your opinion on with and without the home I saw that they come in a bundle now through best buy and I'm seriously considering the purchase when I get back to the states Would like to know though, is there an instructional video provided that shows how to set different features such as auto on/off depending on distance and you mentioned certain colors when it's raining and such Also hear there's an "alarm" type sunrise for the mornings Is this all self learn by messing with the app or are there instructionals?
