USCG The guys are proffecional they know whattpo check and when they focus on safety and they care about the crew safety All the others (PARIS MOU,BLACK SEA MOU ,TOKYO MOU ASIA/PACIFIC ) they are coming on board only to create trouble (Why this signature it's over tne ship stamp and this kind of Bull ShitOnce i was in Rotterdam discharging Palm oils and i was receiving stores (after permition from the terminal) And the genious PSC Officer he gave one observation that during discharing vessel had one door open!!!!!!!!
