White people are made out to be monsters to the friendly natives, when in reality alot these natives were warrior nations And killed a lot of defenseless children, woman, old people It was honorable for them They mutilated and tortured anybody they captured Definitely not just the Comanche Most natives seen nothing wrong with it Rape, murder, torture, mutilation all respected ways of the natives

Listening to these stories, I remember my mother descendent of the Mayflower, was related to the Parkers of New England I happened to be named Cynthia Ann and I wonder if I'm related to those Parkers Her spirit is what touched me it reminded me of myself I'm just curious but in some ways were all related Its so traumatic what she went through and survived only to have endure more heartache and change God bless you all

I've researched and heard MANY HORRIFIC STORIES but these are some of the most unforgettable ones ive heard My great grandmother was full blooded Cherokee and I've heard stories from my Grandaddy But nothing like these I know the white settlers and soldiers did similar acts but these are just HORRIFIC

Cynthia Anne's youngest son quanah Parker was the last Comanche chief ever and was extremely famous, on of the most feared men His original house is still a historic site that people can visit Star house I think it's called It was the house he moved into after surrendering his way of lifeHe also went on to have 27 children Cynthias story is insane and one that is truly heart breaking

the thing with the comanches is that if you left them in peace they would leave you in peace for the most part but if you messed with them it was like kickin a hornets nest they did not care who they hurt when their own was hurt also what they did wasnt much different than what the settlers and their ilk (not all but many) did to the same natives that attacked them in return With that being said, i must ask those listening to these stories and others, What would you do if someone took your land, killed, raped and mutilated your women and children and destroyed your house while you were away hunting or fighting a group of the same folk attackin your village that were just sent there to draw you away while the main force destroys your village and does unspeakable acts to those left behind in your village? I am not defending the actions of the comanche or the settlers The way i see it both sides were wrong and trying to one up each other makin it bad on the bystanders on both sides that werent doing these things
