Help please?! How to fix the arm on a K20 -500 model that is now discontinued? It’s stuck in the up position and won’t push down Love this model! It features a touchscreen, 60oz tank, more importantly can be set to turn on/off, brew strength, water heating for tea/Cocoa, 4,6,8,10cup options My point is they don’t make a similar model, none that will stay on with set on & off time Are there Keurig repair professionals out there to take it to? The same thing happens to mine They run clear when there's no K-cup in there but when you put the K-cup in the water goes in the k-cup but it doesn't come out so the grinds bubble up through the top of the K-cup I even replaced that first basket you pulled out even though it wasn't clogged It still does it It makes no sense the water goes into the K-cups and won't come out but rushes through the machine without a K-cup in place I've had this happen on 2 previous machines and just end up replacing them They only last about a year Comment from : Kristine LaBounty |

This video had nothing to do with my problem but it solved my problem anyway While showing how to clean the pins I noticed that the bottom part of the K-cup holder looked different than mine When I looked I found that mine had detached I probably didn't put it back together properly the last time I cleaned it So thank you for unintentionally solving the problem I was having Comment from : JeffB |

My Keurig acts like it has a plugged lower needle I believe that the K cups are not being pushed down far enough or that the needle has receded a bit The needle punctures the bottom of the k cup but it doesn't push the K cup far enough to allow the coffee to go through the needle orifice Thanks for the great video Comment from : Gary Gmann |
