I was able to also lose a ton of weight by ensuring the 5 days of the week was on point with diet, and on the weekend I'd allow myself a little wiggleroom, to eat a delicious dish, having some decadent coffees etc Will it slow down the overall progress, yes, but it absolutely keeps you sane and able to keep doing this for the long term, long enough to start seeing the lasting benefits and for it to become a lifestyle, I did not feel deprived once apart from the initial two weeks of reducing sugar and sugary foods, but once over the hump, even your veggies taste sweeter and the cravings go away significantly Comment from : BluFluffyA _ |

The secret is to find a form of excersize that you GENUINELY enjoy -whether that is dancing, jogging, swimming or just going to the gym For me, that form of exersise is walking on the treadmill while binge watching videos and shows😂 But if you don't enjoy it, you won't be able to mentain it forever trust me! I can TOTALLY relate and our body types were similar til I had a stroke and am now hemiplegic with seizure disorder and autoimmunity I constantly fight with my old self and dream of getting that physicality back but it's going to be different I can't do workouts and activities I used to can you share your opinion on recipes and walking exercises and light routines I can do without equipment or gyms in my everyday life? This was a great perspective on weight loss, thank you for this! br1 thing that helps me to have a good relationship with food is to enjoy food, to be thankful for it, but not overindulge If you have 1 helping and feel satisfied, don’t go for a second helping If you feel the need a snack (that’s me 👋🏼🤣), have something sweet or whatever you crave but try to have a healthy alternative (dates with nut butter vs snickers bar, handful of nuts instead of potato chips, etc) Comment from : Lydia Johnson |

As someone who has lost a significant amount of weight and still has a significant amount more to lose, seeing this is so incredibly helpful! I tried 12 3 30 and it was so hard to start I enjoyed it and I found a show to watch and I would follow uo with strength training but consistency has always been a problem for me And diet I am a binger and I don’t fear food I used to be a lot more active in my daily life but after moving to the south, my eating habits caught up with me Thanks for this video, I definitely can see myself trying 12 3 30 again soon Comment from : kj18 |

I love this girlfriend! 12 3 30 is one of the greatest things ever, I feel like it pushes you hard, but not too hard! Before I start the strength training part of my workout I like to start off with a 13 3 20! I just adapted it to something that works best for me and my workout, but the concept of 12 3 30 is so wonderful and truly causes such great results!
