Thank you for this video! I’ve watched it a couple times and took notes Lol I’m a “seasoned” nurse, at the same job for 16 years Today I had a job interview for an outpatient OB office I felt very prepared and got an email about an hour later to come and meet everyone in the office! Thanks!!

Hey Nurse Blake, I watched your video a day before my RN Residency interview It was really nerve wrecking because it was my first interview! Hi Blake I did these tips, but I feel I did overkill, the interview was only 30 min long I showed confidence, intrigue and showed desire for growth etc I feel I bombed it I don't know what to think because I hope I didn't come off as aggressive I have a strong personality, but as a man you would be praised for this; I feel I am not as a woman
