I have a 144hz monitor and I use the original Xbox series s hdmi I put it on 144hz 1080p and it says not supported contacted ASUs they said change cable I did same thing happened help

Thank you for this info I know I am late to post but I just found it I am getting a monitor that is 1440p up to 144hz, so I am hopeful I can get that 120hz even though I won’t be able to hit 4k

My cheap TV actually can do 1080p@120 I didn't know that, until now That means I can get 24fps for movies It will also do 144@60, but no HDRbrI think I'm just going to keep 4k@60 I'm not sure I'm able to notice 120fps I do notice 4k over 1080pbrGood info though Thanks

If you are reading this i need a response to settle a argument so my friend say that a hdmi 20 runs at 4K 60hz which I’m not disagreeing with but he says that if I was to get a monitor that has hdmi 20 for my Xbox one series s he says that I will not get anything good from it because the monitor is a hdmi 20 and it can only run 60hz at 4K but I said that the series s runs at 1440p at 120 FPS he disagreed and said that it can upscale to 4K in games so I was wondering if he was right about the monitor

Question: I have the qn55q7cam TV by samsung Has VRR, 240 motion rate, hdmi 20, 1440p 120hz native support etc when i go to the display settings, for some reason only the 4k uhd, 1080p, and 720p options come up, there is no 1440p option There's also no option to change the refresh rate I tried disabling 'allow 4k' under the video modes but those options only reduced to 1080p and 720p with no option to change the refresh rate Any ideas as to how i can change this to 1440p and 120hz?

When the PS5 version comes out for Warzone in December will it support 120 FPS like Xbox series x does? Because right now it’s capped at 60 FPS as the PS5 is playing the PS4 version of the game via backward compatibility I hope for the PS5 version that warzone will support 120 FPS
