what i did to went from 0 push up (although i could do 20 knee push up) to 50 push up in 1 set, is: 1 get into push up position and try to maintain that handstand for at least 1 min, 2 lower your chest everyday until perfect form, maintain that for 1 min now you can do 1 perfect push up (the strength u built up from maintaining that 1 min every time) 3 try to do 5 set of 1 push up Done

I used to do 10 push-ups at the end of my workout when I just started (yes Ik that’s a shirt way I was a noob) and I would dress it cus it was hard but now I can crank out 40-50 no problem just be patient work on good form and timing and eventually your triceps and chest will thank you
