what i did to went from 0 push up (although i could do 20 knee push up) to 50 push up in 1 set, is: 1 get into push up position and try to maintain that handstand for at least 1 min, 2 lower your chest everyday until perfect form, maintain that for 1 min now you can do 1 perfect push up (the strength u built up from maintaining that 1 min every time) 3 try to do 5 set of 1 push up Done Comment from : @minhoquang6068 |
