Pushups are great if you do them correctly, arms need to be a 45 degrees not 90 or you can hurt your shoulders!

Im 14 and im underweight Im day 3 into doing 150 pushups a day for 30 days Im doing 75 in the morning and 75 in the afternoon I started the challenge weighing 95 pounds, im hoping to be around 110 by the time i finish which is also when I will be going to high schoolbrIve also been trying to eat 3000 calories a day

I mean it still is sometimes but at any random time I can drop down and do like 10Lmao I know it doesnt seem much but it is to meEven when people questioned why I ate fruits,and salad from home for lunch when others were enjoying full meals, and when i would look up vexercise vids and do them, I still continued and Im proud of myself for thatI am not obeseI just want to become fitter you knowI love sports and I would like to become better thats all! Oh and by the way,your video just inspired me to continue what I'm doingCuz I know one day,its all gonna pay off :)

I am 58 and I do 200 push ups a day with many variations Looking at this video I couldn't help but notice that most of the people doing push ups in the video had their arm positions wrong You should not be doing push ups with your elbows at shoulder height but rather you should have your upper arm at 45 degree to your body with your elbows pointing down toward your lower body The strength comes from your upper back muscles not your arms
