Im 80 kg, i used to only do 1 strict pullup eith no training Started working out a month ago, can do about 6 strict pullups on a thick tree branch Straight one arm pushup, and triple clap pushups Maybe im gifted but i got them all pretty easily, i thi k it'll be way harder the longer I get into it, i now get why its called newbie gains If i keep this up for a year i should be able to get 20 pullups and starting muscle ups 2 yeard ago i used to do 100 pushups a day for 3 whole months so maybe thats why I can do most of the stuff im doing right now

I'm very small, so I can bust out some pull-ups 😆 I'm 170, 5'6" and can slap 40lbs on for about 10 reps I'm trying hard to get to 45, but that extra 5lbs may as well be 50 at the moment I can squeeze out 1 ugly one 😆

I could never do pull ups being 180-200lbs Overweight for my height I finally got down to 150 but before trying pull ups for reps I’m slowly building my lat pull-down weight to equal my body weight I can get 130 for a few reps

Just started doing pull ups myself recently, started off only able to do 1 literally, now can hit a solid 20 pull ups before my pull downs and have noticed big changes, get those pull ups in lads

Also, I can do 30 easily at 200lbs doing them like most people I can also fail at 8 I have done them with 135lbs added I still would fail at rep work well under 20 or even 10 reps much of the time Do them correctly and they will get much stronger much faster Don’t worry about getting a bunch of reps
