I have an HP laptop 💻 Lately it's been really really slow So I decided to restart the entire system by reinstalling windows 10 However, it's been stuck for 3days, and no matter what I do, I can't turn it off - or rather, if I turn off the power, when I turn it back on it's the same exact blue stuck screen and it says: installing windows 88 Don't turn off your PC This will take a while But no matter what I do, it will not change the screen, it will not restart, it will not shut down It's like frozen on that screen with the little dots going around in a circle I am losing my wits I just want to throw the thing against the wall Help!!!

cant get to command prompt it goes from stuck on 7 update to The AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined changed battery and i know power supply is loose but I just need one more boot to get files

I have the latest windows 11 with built in secure boot with defender I discovered what happens when we have a secure boot working as a team with windows defender In the middle of browsing youTube I got an unexpected finishing installing windows window Knowing I had a secure boot system I held down the keyboard key start button br brIn 10 seconds I got a shut down window I could shut down as normal I waited for 10 seconds and restarted Bootup worked like clockwork My computer rebooted as normal I could log into my desktop as I always could Everything worked well and as fast as new computerbrbrI check my defender settings Nothing was changed/ I checked updates Everything was up to date I could resumed browsing as if nothing had happed

Ok this is helpful I decide to update my window 11 and it was stuck at 96 for 5-6 hrs and i hold power button and reopen pc again and now it perfectly fine
