Thanks

@tanyabishop30
Your mistakes You must use a larger Jar for the tomatoes, paint your jars so that no light gets to the roots, and you can use pool noodles instead of a net cup Your were new starting out but, I'm sure you have discovered these ideas by now

@dashermike3207
Totally useless bideo
Comment from : @dashermike3207

@donberry6079
Addition: Use empty gallon milk jugs instead of mason jars The mason jars are best for storage
Comment from : @donberry6079

@donberry6079
I would suggest covering the jars with Al foil or painting the jars to avoid growth of algae in the water Keep on growing
Comment from : @donberry6079

@bilalraja6745
You might want to keep the roots in complete darkness as the roots hate sunlight as it delays root growth so you can buy tinted jars or cover the jars with something black like a cloth or black spray paint or black duck tape or use a black plastic pot or plastic bottle as they are much cheaper than glass jars and also transparent glass jars can generate algae due to water being exposed to sunlight and lack of oxygen so the roots will suffocate, you can ask cannabis growers for more detailed information
Comment from : @bilalraja6745

@samljer
If you germinate the seeds on the the end of a qtip or cotton ball its alot easier when it comes time to netcup the seedlings
Comment from : @samljer

@pasthomas
personally, i use a masterblend mix It's a lot less expensive, it works just as good (if not better), you're not paying for water, plusNO PLASTIC!
Comment from : @pasthomas

@angelamartinez366

@Mrnoone23
So after mason jars what to put them in next?
Comment from : @Mrnoone23

@WhatDadIsUpTo
good idea using mason jars, but you will want to put those into a shoe box or something to keep the light off the roots or you will grow algae, which will compete with the plant for water and nutrientsbrbrGoing forward, you might consider editing your videos or maybe even reading from a script, because, when, uh, you, uh, constantly repeat, uh, yourself with,uh, the mantra, "uh", it greatly detract from your presentation Not wishing to rain on your parade, but that constant use of the word,uh, is very annoying
Comment from : @WhatDadIsUpTo

Hi Braxton, I am having real trouble growing tomatoes in water So I have net basket with some small stones in it, the tomato seedling goes through the bottom of it and touches the water below But all the plants die off? Do I need to leave some air between bottom of basket and water or not? I don't know why all of them die (My ones in soil normally are growing really well) Thank you

Comment from : @NicholeLynne28

@thesilverpen
loved the video, but am wondering if you have to pollinate with Qtip or something in absence of bees for fruits to grow?
Comment from : @thesilverpen

@wosby_rentals
Dude, I really wanted to hear what you had to say, but way too many "uh" and "um's" Maybe you should script what you want to say before starting the video so you're not searching for what to say next

@saturndgreat4586
