Indeed, a good example of "opposing strength" relationship is the case of apple Steve Jobs didn't have enough knowledge of engineering but he was good at marketing, public relations, and selling On the flip side, Wozniak was a gifted engineer with a lot of experience in Electronics

One piece of advice I would add is the incredible importance of having having written copy for your processes To new business owners, your company is what you write When it comes time to onboard staff you will have the tasks you want to delegate on hand, in writing and ready to go for your job description!

I have an actual business and want to hire actual employees This video did nothing for me More hypothetical thinking about a hypothetical business Nothing here about payroll taxes, worker's comp, tax filing and reporting, obtaining the state and federal employer identifications you need before hiring and paying your employees There's a lot more to it just than finding the right person It's funny how a lot of these entrepreneurial gurus never mention any of the legal and technical issues that comes up as soon as you actually want to have employees It's almost like they've never hired any employees at all Help with the actual process of business, not just the philosophy of it
