just a heads up to everyone so they arent going to these places for no reason, to get these items youll have to do the missions leading up to them, you cant get them by just showing up as i disgruntingly found out also the dock with the boat on your video well there was no boat when i went i got the rocket launcher though so thats a thing i guess lol

Long story short I went looking for the level 5 rocket lunched until I found 2 fly birds and wolves in a war they kept on coming they even killed 2 tanks so I hid in a barn half way from getting that luncher

The first location for the legendary rocket, Either its patched location or you actually DO need to be on a quest because there is def no weapon in that location I just ran there from the start
