I made this But for some reason the crepes were rubbery and not soft to chew When slicing through the cake it was hard to cut through all the layers of crepes It looked so much better than it tasted So bummed Any idea why my crepes came out this way? Laura, I make crepes every so often for my family and we use Nutella and fruit as fillings Instead of whipped cream (which I love) I use whipped ricotta with a little sugar, vanilla and lemon juice It is just as delicious and provides some protein for the morning meal Comment from : Stan Snopek |
