I got the same Neo from Hauserman Mine hasn’t done anything in almost a year, so I need to figure out what needs to change I love the fragrance, so will keep trying Glad to know yours has rebloomed for you I really like seeing your updates It’s a great way to see progress and growing culture

Nicole could you let me know what type and brand of grow bulbs you have in your black lamps I bought a lamp like that but wasn't sure of the best bulbs to use for orchids

Great update video Your Neofinetia looks good Be careful with the watering I lost a mini bean leaf to stem rot It showed no signs of trouble until one day it just fell apart before my eyes I had it in the moss mound this summer and the inner core did not want to dry and the outside was very dry I wish I would have put in an orchid pot sooner Their roots like to dry in 3 to 5 days You may want to change from self watering Are the roots too cool in Leca Some people grow in bark charcoal and sponge rock I still prefer moss but in a pot I hope your roots are ok

My Zygo Is prone to spotting on the leaves But it does rebloom Your orchids look like they are doing well What is it about an orchid that makes you decide to grow it semi hydro rather than organic I want to try it but I always chicken out Thanks for sharing your update I enjoyed watching 🤗🌸

Yes, I love these kind of videos! My Zygo does the same thing The older leaves do fall off & get discolored The are prone to spots if you get any of the leaves wet Try to keep them dry, but it's OK if the older leaves fall off

When you say semi-hydro are you talking about potting it in LECA?

The yellowing leaves that are dropping are probably normal on the Zygo IME once you get about two growths away from a bulb, it will senesce those older leaves (they just look awful when they go, though)
