I was not playing games Watching video on Firefox WMI provider host would spike CPU usage to 100 every few minutes I did the analysis and AlienWare Command Center (AWCC Services) process was the culprit I stop this process and Videos ran fine After noodling around, I went to the Graphics settings in Settings and turned on Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling PC has to be rebooted Task manager showed my GPU utilized more and the problem went away So now AWCC and Videos are running together fine Comment from : wrlsdata |
