This is a good breakdown of the datasheet and mem temp definitions used I have a 3080 FE It blew my mind when I saw on the Micron datasheet for myself that there wasn't even a Junction MemTemp stated for 6x NVIDIA knew about this problem this before releasing product with inadequate thermal pads It was a hidden temp that we weren't previously keeping track of Maybe it's planned obsolescence As far as I'm concerned they deserve any and all blowback that this problem causes No one should have to do a thermal pad replacement on a brand new card just to protect their investment Comment from : Jeremy King
