I wonder if having a low voltage could cause stuttering or frame dropsbrbrI'm running 4200 11v and start seeing some random weird lags I imagine low voltage could cause this even if it doesn't crash

I did like an undervolt too, my ryzen 5 5600g I put it at 1325v clocked at 44ghz and I managed to gain performance and cool it down at the same time

To enable pbo, just go to the bios and enable, right? Do I have to put any settings, or can it automatically set the overclock on its on?

But you have underclocked it as well Why don't you just undervolt it while leaving the clocks at stock? That will give something a bit more sensible
