Not really excited to make my own RPGs on consoles Not gonna buy it, go for the PC version and buy it on Steam instead PC is the way to go when it comes to custom game development! Wasn’t a fan of console versions of RPG Maker or any “create your own game” games for consoles because they are not worth my time and aren’t that good as on PC I’d personally be much happier if all instalments of RPG Maker were PC exclusive PC for the win! (In this case) brThe official pre-made RPGs on Consoles have been great, believe me, even on PC But it is still my own personal opinion that the PC Version of RPG Maker is definitely superior to console versions It’s not that exciting on 3DS either I think they should’ve stopped long ago or rejected the ideas for console ports of “game maker” programs

The reason it lacks any kind of "gameplay" (if it's anything like PC) is because you can run custom scripts (code you write or someone wrote for you) making it possible to have front view, sideview or some custom view: ie: overhead turn based You can even make it act like Zelda/Alundra or Sercret of Mana/Star Ocean with the write scripts, it gets more complicated and you will probably need to spend more time with assets and spriting if allowed on consoles My only hope is I am able to build my game on PC and import it to console

there was only one game i played on rpg maker that i ended up liking,and that was 7th stand useri dont know i would want to buy a generic engine that i could play content made for the community like in little big planet or mario maker,but this seens kindai dont know, not appealing, just hope people make actual rpgs and not more horror games :/
