I think I end up taking a cognitive-behavioral approach to the same thing I just realize that I really want to eat the food I want to eat, but I also realize the self-shame that I'll have to deal with after if I take part in eating it I do honor the craving and I realize that the craving is just a part of who I am, and so is the shame that comes as a result of giving into that craving And I feel better for not giving in Comment from : @CalculyticCuber |

Sometimes the craving monster literally is living inside you as a parasite dictating to you what it wants you to eat and you need to do a parasite cleanse, or simple green juice detox to starve it, because most people have parasites and do not even know it since the symptoms are gas and fatigue!
