Not all the parts in reading module are in sequence It depends upon the type of questions weather its fill in the graph or match the paragraphs

Should i stick to format for speaking, my tutor has given me a format which follows like first paraphrase the question give detailed answers and so on, should i be natural instead, i did have some online English friends so i have some experience speaking in English but it was totally informal and full of slangs and fillers you know, my tutor said my marks will cut down if I speak naturally
