I use trimmers and I still get ingrown hairsbrUpdate: I think it's a blocked pore in my panty line I had one removed by my nurse practitioner about two -two and a half years ago that was a blocked pore When she numbed the area, and removed it it looked like a tiny cyst ball that was trapped under my skin I'll be making an appointment to get this removed too

Using a warm compress was highly effective I didn't have an actual heat pack so I just left a t-shirt in front of the radiator for a while and used that, saw results almost immediately Gentle exfoliation helps too, you could even do that with a wet washcloth if you don't have an exfoliation tool
