I FIXED IT!! Unplug Ps5 for a couple minutes Plug it back in Press and hold the power button until after you hear the second “beep” You should hear it after holding the power button for a couple seconds It should boot up into safe mode and all of the options should be available now I chose Repair console storage option and upon restarting it booted up normally Hope this helps
