Mam is it important to take protein or any gym equipment,worh squats coz they say its totally waste doing exercise of bumps without protein, I'm an Indian,i live in hostel and its not affordable for me to take protein box in addition and i don't know what should i do i want , big beautiful shape like u !! Not everyone wants a fat ass Large butts are unattractive Especially one that looks like a bubble brIf you are working out just for this you are working out for the wrong reason Vanity One exercises for health and strength You get a lot of power from ass muscles Your esteem should not depend on your looks Smh I hope you females have more to bring to the table than a "bubble ass" LOL brAlso, you don't need to refrain from running due to weak ass muscles Running is a great way to get in over all shape and thank God you won't get a fat ass from running You will get a tight slender over all appearance

Now I know what to do with some of these thick Books that I was going to donate I work in a booth so there is enough space to do this They have these medians that seperate the lanes & I always think about these stepping workouts but there are cameras for them to see us & there is actually a wooden stepper inside of my booth that I can use while I'm in the booth
