round cube and the capsule form are not available in blender how can i fix itbri used uv sphere for the head and the full body but m stuck at the neck thing

Sir Russel 5 star quality content🔥🔥, I just viewed your channel for more character tutorial and I found there tutorials of just fat and broad characters As I'm an absolute beginner artist , I've learnt to make these type of characters after watching all your tutorial parts till end, but I'm unable to make thin and fit warrior characters like those Thor, Spiderman etc PLEASE also post tutorials for thin and fit characters It will be a very huge help for me 🥺
